Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a Bartender for premium beverage service. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, engage guests, and maintain exceptional service standards in a fast-paced upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in upscale hospitality.
• Diploma/degree related to hospitality.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to approved recipes and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and garnishes.
• Upsell suitable beverages to guests.
• Complete mise-en-place before service and ensure stock is available.
• Keep bar area clean, organised, and fully prepped for service periods.
• Process guest payments accurately via POS and follow cashiering controls.
• Coach new team members during on-the-job training.
• Participate in regular inventory and stock checks.
