Job summary

PALAZZO VERSACE DUBAI is seeking an experienced bartender to craft exceptional beverages, deliver personalised guest service, and promote signature cocktails in a luxury setting.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, follow HACCP protocols, and collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in luxury or high-volume settings.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits and bar techniques.
• Excellent English communication and guest engagement.
• Strong personal presentation and professionalism.

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

• High level of personal presentation and professionalism.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Flexible, energetic, and able to work outdoors and under pressure.
