Job summary

PALAZZO VERSACE DUBAI is seeking a professional Hostess to create an exceptional arrival experience in a luxury setting. You will welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure VIP preferences are communicated to the team.

In this role, you will maintain menu knowledge, handle guest requests, and coordinate with F&B and other departments to ensure a seamless experience while upholding the hotel's luxury standards and impeccable grooming at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Hostess or in guest relations in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and welcoming personality.
• Strong knowledge of reservations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
• Passion for delivering personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a personalized arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, seating allocations, and table assignments.
• Escort guests to tables and communicate guest preferences and VIP details to the team.
