Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a driven 360 Recruiter to own a recruitment desk in Dubai, handling end-to-end processes from BD to candidate delivery across Tech, Finance and Engineering. You will build and maintain client relationships with companies in the GCC, identifying hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

The role offers full relocation support, a vibrant team culture, and opportunities to scale teams as our Dubai operations grow in the Middle East.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment Experience: At least 2+ years in 360 agency recruitment, ideally Tech or Finance, but we’re open to strong recruiters from other verticals.
• Fluent English: Essential for client and candidate communication across international markets.
• Commercial Mindset: You know how to spot an opportunity, pitch with confidence, and grow a book of business.
• Energetic & Outgoing: You enjoy building relationships, networking, and representing NES Fircroft in a competitive market.
