Job summary

Hoxton Wealth Group is expanding its Dubai HQ recruitment team. You will own the full cycle for support roles, sourcing directly and building a network of talent across markets. The role emphasizes delivering fast, high-quality hires and personal branding to attract top candidates.

As you grow, you may expand into recruiting financial advisers globally, working closely with senior leaders to support rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• Serious work ethic in a fast-paced, results-driven team.
• Strong data hygiene and organizational skills for trackers and reporting.
• A LinkedIn presence you've built yourself, or the drive to build one quickly.
• Recruitment or client-facing experience in-house or agency; financial services experience is a bonus.
• Ability to juggle multiple live roles without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle for our support functions from advert to first day.
• Source directly; headhunt on LinkedIn and build talent pools.
• Build your personal LinkedIn brand so that the right people come to you.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to move fast.
• Track pipeline and metrics in the CRM and turn data into decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and own fixes to improve hiring speed.

Recruiter – Dubai HQ

Two years ago, Hoxton Wealth had around 200 people and $2bn in client assets. Today we have 450+ people, $4.5bn under management, new offices and licences across the UK, Asia and Dubai, and a target of $20bn by 2030.

That growth runs through our recruitment team. This year alone the team has made well over 100 hires, from junior support roles to the C-suite, across every function and multiple countries. We're now adding one more recruiter to the team in Dubai.

This isn't a role where you'll process CVs for someone else. You'll own your hires end to end, build your own name in the market, and grow into recruiting the financial advisers who drive the business.

What you'll be doing

• Running the full recruitment cycle for our support functions: Paraplanners, Compliance, Tech Support, Administration and Marketing. From the job advert to the candidate's first day, it's yours.
• Sourcing directly. Headhunting on LinkedIn, building talent pools and getting in front of the people who aren't applying anywhere.
• Building your personal brand on LinkedIn, so the right peoplecome to you.
• Working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand what they need and delivering it fast.
• Tracking your pipeline and metrics in the CRM, and turning the data into decisions.
• Improving how we hire. If something's slow or broken, you'll have responsibilityto fix it.

Where it leads

You’ll start on support hiring. As you progress, you’ll move into building a global network of financial advisers, one ofthe highest-impact recruitment in the business, supporting our expansion into new markets. How quickly you get there is up to you.

What you need
