NES Fircroft is seeking a driven 360 Recruiter to own a recruitment desk in Dubai, handling end-to-end processes from BD to candidate delivery across Tech, Finance and Engineering. You will build and maintain client relationships with companies in the GCC, identifying hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

The role offers full relocation support, a vibrant team culture, and opportunities to scale teams as our Dubai operations grow in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in 360 agency recruitment.
• Fluent English essential for international communications.
• Ambition to relocate to Dubai and grow a desk.

Responsabilités

• Own your recruitment desk from business development to candidate delivery in high-demand markets such as Technology, Finance and Engineering.
• Develop long-term client partnerships across Dubai and the GCC, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Map sectors, identify opportunities, and support Dubai operations expansion.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and global delivery teams to drive performance.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive desk management and relationship building.
