Job summary

JPMorganChase in UAE seeks a seasoned Private Banking Banker to lead new client acquisition and manage complex UHNW portfolios in the MENAT region, with a primary UAE focus. You will coordinate investment banking, trust and estate services to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions and superior client experience.

The role requires strong relationship skills, proven sales success, and the ability to navigate evolving regulatory and market environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Private Banking with UHNW clients in UAE.
• Proven sales success including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong relationship management and teamwork.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Aware of regulations and adapting to changing environment.
• Emirati male nationals must have completed military service obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients and assets in MENAT, focusing on UAE.
• Maintain and grow an existing UHNW UAE book.
• Sales and implementation of investment banking and trust/estate products.
• Coordinate specialists to provide interdisciplinary wealth management.
• Manage accounts per RM policies and complete client profiles.
• Build trust and manage client relationships.
• Ensure products/services meet client goals and needs.
