Job summary

LVMH is seeking a senior Salon Prive leader in Dubai to drive elite client engagement and Uber luxury standards within the boutique. You will oversee VIP client programs, coordinate with marketing for exclusive events, and manage a team to deliver exceptional service to Elite and super Elite clients.

The role requires extensive luxury retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of retail experience in a luxury setting
• Preferably 4+ years in a management role
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry
• Demonstration of entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure Salon Prive targets and objectives are achieved with Boutique Manager
• Represent Salon Prive Maison Ambassador and Host
• Engage VIP Managers to drive clients to Salon Prive and offer Uber luxury categories
• Develop talents with Uber luxury mindset and culture
• Coordinate with Marketing for season events and client engagement
• Build relations with Elite and super Elite Clients
• Recruit and upgrade Uber luxury clients
• Deliver exceptional client experience with Uber luxury know-how
• Plan daily one-to-one client activity in Boutique Salon Prive schedule
• Lead VIP Client Managers Team on Uber Luxury
• Attend appointments with Elite Clients for Haute Couture objectives
• Overlap Salon Prive events and ROI-focused activities
• Drive business objectives of Salon Prive based on boutique TO
