Job summary

LVMH is seeking a senior Salon Prive leader in Dubai to drive elite client engagement and Uber luxury standards within the boutique. You will oversee VIP client programs, coordinate with marketing for exclusive events, and manage a team to deliver exceptional service to Elite and super Elite clients.

The role requires extensive luxury retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of retail experience in a luxury setting
• Preferably 4+ years in a management role
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry
• Demonstration of entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills

• Engage the boutique VIP Managers team in driving their clients to Salon Prive and offer Uber luxury categories

• Contribute amp participate in the Salon Prive full year client engagement plan in coordination with the Boutique Director nbsp
• Build a strong relation with all Elite and super Elite Clients nbsp

• 8+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 4 years of management, in a luxury product setting. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
