Job summary

Ultiwise Consult is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager in Dubai to oversee the daily operation of a luxury jewelry boutique and lead a high-performing retail team. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering elite client experiences, and maintaining a strong knowledge of fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and luxury brands.

The ideal candidate will manage VIP clients, coordinate clienteling strategies, and ensure exceptional service while safeguarding brand image and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, Luxury Management or a related field.
• 58 years of retail experience preferably within luxury jewelry, fine jewelry, watches or high-end fashion.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in a Boutique/Store Manager or senior retail management position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the luxury jewelry boutique.
• Drive sales revenue, profitability and achievement of targets.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop boutique sales advisors and retail staff.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Maintain knowledge of fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, watches, collections and luxury brands.
