Job summary

Al Asal Marbles is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE to drive end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines and engage passive talent. You will identify needs, roles and candidate profiles, and connect the right people for the business.

The role requires extensive sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently. English proficiency is mandatory for this hands-on recruitment position.

Qualifications

• 13-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in UAE/GCC, preferably in Construction and Stone Industry.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
• Data-driven and organized with good follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned positions from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Understand role requirements, team needs and candidate profiles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through online platforms, networks, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical requirements and cultural fit.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide clear candidate recommendations.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipelines and hiring reports.
