Job summary

Al-Futtaim's Toyota-Lexus service center in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Service Advisor to represent the brand and guide customers through an engaged aftersales journey, boosting CSV and NPS while contributing to revenue targets. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of overall experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP; proficient customer handling skills; English and basic Arabic; technical proficiency in automotive service processes.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Effectively manage customer complaints to satisfactory closure of all complaints, sustaining and improving CSV and NPS.
• Engage with customers through consultation on needs and service requirements to ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
• Achieve revenue objectives by upselling and discount control, meeting monthly targets.
• Coordinate with Production Team to provide customers with timely progress updates and on-time delivery.
• Provide a detailed explanation of all work performed and costs at vehicle delivery, ensuring customers understand the value of services rendered.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy on all documents and compliance with SOPs and distributor programs.
