Job summary

PAX, Hayati®'s flagship brand, seeks a Sales Manager to drive business development and customer acquisition across the UAE. You will identify, develop, and convert new opportunities to build a strong local network and sustained sales growth.

Based in the UAE, you will collaborate with marketing and supply chain to onboard customers and execute commercial plans. English and Arabic fluency is preferred, with a track record in fast-moving consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of sales/business development experience, preferably in e-cigarettes, tobacco, nicotine, FMCG, or other fast-moving consumer products, with a proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development.
• Strong understanding of market structure, pricing, distribution, and competitive landscape, with a clear understanding of the U.A.E market and local business environment.
• Strong existing network with U.A.E distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or key accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and highly target-oriented.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Candidates must currently be based in the U.A.E.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the U.A.E. Proactively source and approach prospective customers to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail customers.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored commercial solutions to support customers in developing sales, distribution, and market coverage.
• Identify new channels, customers, and partnership opportunities to accelerate business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and business execution.
