Job summary

Hayati, the flagship consumer electronics brand of PAX, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and new customer acquisition across the UAE. You will identify opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and work with distributors and retailers to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of sales/business development experience with a proven track record in new customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of UAE market, distribution, pricing and competition.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE; build a strong pipeline.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail customers.
• Develop tailored commercial solutions to support customers' growth across sales, distribution, and market coverage.
• Identify new channels, customers, and partnerships to accelerate growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback with forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to enable onboarding and execution.
