Job summary

Pure Home Real Estate LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law compliance.

The ideal candidate will have UAE real estate industry experience, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record in supporting management with payroll, attendance, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience within the UAE real estate industry.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience in employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: manage full recruitment cycle and onboarding for agents and staff.
• HR Operations & Administration: handle employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and HR docs.
• Employee Relations & Performance: enforce HR policies, address complaints, support evaluations and probation reviews.
• UAE Labour Law & MOHRE Compliance: ensure contracts, work permits, visas, and documentation comply with regulations.
• Payroll & HR Reporting: prepare attendance and payroll reports, salary processing, and HR metrics.
