Job summary

Union Square House (USH) is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. You will drive high-quality leads and measurable results through paid campaigns.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, budgets and tracking (GA4/GTM/CRM) and collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to optimize CPL, CPA and ROAS across international investor audiences and HNWIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
• UAE and UAE real estate market experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimizing CPL, CPA, ROAS.
• Experience targeting investors and international/HNWI audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified property investor and buyer leads.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and ROI.
• Develop retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversions.
• Work closely with Sales and Creative teams.
