Job summary

Union Square House Real Estate Broker LLC (USH) in Dubai seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the Dubai real estate market.

You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, targeting property buyers, investors, and international audiences, while monitoring KPIs like CPL and ROAS, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with Sales and Creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Dubai/UAE real estate performance marketing experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of generating leads for property buyers and investors.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing paid advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM platforms, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion optimization.
• Experience targeting international audiences and HNWIs is an advantage.

The role will focus on planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the Dubai real estate market.

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop paid campaigns targeting property buyers, investors, HNWIs, and international audiences.
• Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-conversion performance.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign spend.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, and other campaign KPIs.
• Develop retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the marketing-to-sales funnel.
• Analyze audience, campaign, creative, and conversion data.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
• Work closely with Sales and Creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CRM, and conversion tracking.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Use AI and marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Proven Dubai/UAE real estate Performance Marketing experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of generating leads for property buyers and investors.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
