Job summary

Ushre in Dubai, UAE is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead high-performance digital campaigns focused on property investors, buyers and HNWIs. You will manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and more, building retargeting and conversion-focused strategies.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in real estate marketing, strong analytics, and expertise with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and CRM.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Real estate + Performance Marketing experience is essential.
Strong experience generating property investor and buyer leads.
Advanced hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing paid advertising budgets.
Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and CRM.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Strong communication, problem-solving and ownership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead high-performance digital campaigns for property investors, buyers and HNWIs.
Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram and other paid campaigns.
Build retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages.
Generate high-quality property investor and buyer leads.
Track and optimize the complete marketing-to-sales funnel.
Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
