Job summary

Baseline Bolts Industries LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to design and execute digital strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize CPL and CAC, and drive high-quality leads.

You will implement GA4, GTM, Meta and Google ads tracking, optimize landing pages, and coordinate with sales to convert inquiries into leases and sales. Knowledge of UAE portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years UAE real estate digital marketing
Experience with Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle
Proficiency in GA4, GTM and Looker Studio
Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS and lead quality
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Develop and manage 8+ digital campaigns for off-plan and secondary market properties
Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Implement conversion tracking and lead attribution using GA4/GTMs and CAPI where applicable
Create and optimize landing pages to improve lead capture and conversion rates
Coordinate with sales to monitor lead status and improve conversion rates
Analyze market trends and portal performance to identify opportunities
Manage listing promotions on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
Monitor and report on budgets, ROAS, and KPI dashboards
