Job summary

Union Square House (USH) is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. You will drive high-quality leads and measurable results through Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

The role requires deep knowledge of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and ROI, with hands-on expertise in GA4, GTM, and CRM integration. You will optimize budgets, conduct A/B tests, and collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
• UAE experience in real estate.
• Indian nationality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified property investor and buyer leads.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and ROI.
• Develop retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversions.
• Work closely with Sales and Creative teams.
