Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram. You will generate high-quality property investor and buyer leads while managing budgets to optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and ROI.

You will build retargeting campaigns, track the full marketing-to-sales funnel, and analyze audience performance. Strong communication and ownership are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven real estate marketing in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong leads generation for property investors and buyers.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing paid advertising budgets.
• Strong focus on CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS metrics.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and CRM.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience targeting international audiences and HNWIs is advantageous.
• Real estate + performance marketing experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan launch and optimize Google Ads Meta Ads Instagram and other paid campaigns
• Generate high-quality property investor and buyer leads
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL CPA CAC ROAS and ROI
• Build retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns
• Track and optimize the complete marketing-to-sales funnel
• Analyze campaign audience and creative performance
• Conduct A B testing across audiences creatives messaging and landing pages
• Work closely with Sales and Creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions
• Manage GA4 GTM Meta Pixel CRM and conversion tracking
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and reporting

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Proven experience in Dubai/UAE real estate marketing
