Job summary

LNDMRK, Dubai-based real estate group, seeks a Head of Real Estate Brokerage to lead and scale the UAE brokerage operations. You will drive revenue,Listings growth, and team performance within a regulated market.

You will oversee licensing, compliance, and platform strategies, while partnering with marketing and finance on compensation and growth initiatives. Strong UAE market knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in real estate brokerage in the UAE.
• At least 5 years in a team leadership or management capacity.
• Active RERA-certified Broker Card issued by Dubai Land Department.
• Track record of growing teams of 15+ agents/brokers.
• Deep knowledge of UAE freehold markets, off-plan reg., tenancy law.
• Experience with UAE property portals and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the brokerage division's strategic plan.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain a high-performing team.
• Set targets, conduct reviews, and implement improvement plans.
• Design training covering market knowledge, sales, CRM, and compliance.
• Oversee listings pipeline and ensure quality, pricing, and exclusivity.
• Ensure licensing, regulatory compliance, and AML adherence.
• Oversee operations, CRM data integrity, and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and brand positioning.
• Work with finance on commissions, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Lead adoption of proptech tools to boost efficiency.
