ONE BROKER GROUP in Dubai is seeking experienced Sales Leaders to join our growing team. You will lead from the front, build high-performing teams of 25–35 experienced real estate agents, and drive daily sales transactions in a fast-paced market.

This role requires strong UAE real estate know-how, a proven track record of closing transactions, and the ability to set daily, weekly and monthly targets while holding the team accountable.

Qualifications

• Extensive UAE real estate market experience, especially in Dubai.
• Proven leadership of large sales teams and a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to build and manage a high-performing team of 25–35 real estate agents.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and drive performance to close transactions.
• Mentor, coach and develop seasoned sales professionals to deliver consistent results.
