Job summary

NMD Empire Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will generate leads, develop client relationships, promote properties, and guide clients through viewings and negotiations to close deals.

Candidates should have real estate or sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a drive to exceed targets. UAE driving license is a plus. Comprehensive support and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads from company platforms and networks.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Advise clients on Dubai residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers and support clients through the transaction process.
• Promote properties via portals and marketing channels.
• Maintain accurate client and property information in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, communities, projects, and regulations.
• Aim to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
