Job summary

Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role is based in Dubai and involves managing property transactions from prospecting to closing. The Real Estate Broker will identify and list properties, conduct property viewings, advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities, and negotiate offers and contracts. The role includes building and maintaining a client portfolio, providing ongoing customer support, and ensuring that all transactions comply with local real estate regulations. The broker will collaborate with internal teams, prepare accurate documentation, and stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new developments to support client decision-making.
Qualifications

• Strong brokerage and real estate skills, including experience in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Proficiency in customer service and sales, with a proven ability to build relationships and convert leads.
• Knowledge of real property concepts, local market dynamics, and relevant UAE real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software for managing client data and property listings.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in Dubai or the broader UAE market is highly beneficial.
