LNDMRK in Dubai is hiring a Junior Real Estate Customer Success Manager to grow within a dynamic brokerage team. You will build your own client book with mentorship, leads, and tools.

Ideal for a sales-focused professional familiar with the UAE market and client relations in a fast-moving environment. You will manage prospecting, client advisory, listings, and transactions while leveraging CRM and market insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE real estate sector.
• Active RERA Broker Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days (company-sponsored).
• Valid UAE driving licence with access to a vehicle for client viewings.
• Excellent command of English; other languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, social media, and referrals.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries from property portals in a timely, professional manner.
• Guide clients through the full transaction cycle from viewing to contracts and handover.
• Maintain regular CRM communication and build long-term relationships.
• Source and market properties, coordinate photography and descriptions.
• Prepare and process RERA documents and liaise with stakeholders to progress deals.
