Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in the UAE to drive new business in PR, events, experiential marketing, and related fields. The role emphasizes securing PR and experiential projects with an established network, operating on a commission-only basis.

Qualifications

• Proven UAE experience in business development within PR, events, experiential marketing, advertising, or related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing new business.
• Strong existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies and key decision-makers.
• Source and secure new PR, events, conferences, exhibitions, activations and experiential projects.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and pitches; prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
