Job summary

Airswift in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and staff to maintain payroll records, process adjustments, and support audits.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel, and hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday/ADP or similar HRIS. UAE regulations knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience in medium to large organizations.
• End-to-end monthly payroll processing experience.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS.
• Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and gratuity calculations.
• Strong Excel skills and data reconciliation abilities.
