Job summary

Uasmart in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Application Support Engineer to manage production support for UAE domestic payment and RTGS systems. You will troubleshoot payment processing flows, manage incidents, and coordinate with IT/infrastructure teams in a 24x7 environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with UAEFTS, WPS, IPI, and Aani/IPP, as well as strong Oracle Database skills and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer in banking, financial services, or payment systems.
Hands-on experience with UAEFTS, WPS, IPI, and Aani/IPP.
Strong understanding of the UAE payments ecosystem and payment processing flows.
Strong Oracle Database experience, including queries and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide application support for UAE domestic payment and RTGS systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot payment processing flows and application issues.
Operate in a 24×7 production support environment with incident, problem, and change management.
Coordinate with infrastructure, security, vendors, and business teams.
