Job summary
eSol Global is urgently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support payments and integrations projects in Dubai. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing payment workflows, coordinating business and technical teams, and supporting implementation and testing of banking solutions.
Strong UAE banking experience and hands-on experience with payment platforms and Corporate-to-Bank integrations are mandatory.
Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years of banking business-analysis experience.
- UAE banking experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience with Corporate-to-Bank integrations using H2H, SFTP, and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of payment lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking projects.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and data-mapping documents.
- Support Corporate-to-Bank integrations using H2H, SFTP, and APIs.
- Analyze payment workflows, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Assist with implementation and testing of payment solutions and banking integrations
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements
