Job summary

Mortgage Pro is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor in the UAE to drive client acquisition and loan closings. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the UAE mortgage market, maintain bank relationships, and guide clients through the financing process.

In this role, you will generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets while coordinating with banks, real estate partners, and internal teams to deliver timely mortgage solutions and seamless disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential mortgage products, home loans, refinancing, and mortgage buyouts.
• Assess clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Manage the complete mortgage application process, from initial consultation to final disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks and clients to ensure timely submission of documents and application processing.
• Follow up regularly with clients, banking partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
