Job summary

AHS Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Mortgage Advisor to guide clients through eligibility, options, and rates, and to prepare and track loan applications with banks. You will develop lender relationships and support the sales team with pre-qualification and finance insights.

Applicants should have 4+ years in UAE mortgage advisory, a strong knowledge of resident and non-resident rules, and fluency in English. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business or related field.
• 4+ years as a mortgage advisor or consultant in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage rules for residents and non-residents.
• Track record of closing high volumes of mortgage cases.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Advise buyers on mortgage eligibility, options, rates and fees.
• Prepare and submit applications and follow up with banks until offer letters issue.
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE bank and lender panels.
• Support the sales team with early pre-qualification and finance advice.
• Verify client documents under AML/KYC rules and keep CRM cases current.
• Report weekly on pipeline, approvals, declines and conversion.
