• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Manage the complete mortgage application process, from initial consultation to final disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks and clients to ensure timely submission of documents and application processing.
• Follow up regularly with clients, banking partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
