Job summary

Capital.com seeks a UAE Marketing Lead to own day-to-day performance, execute the regional plan for the UAE, and manage local brand activities across OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.

You will track brand health, recommend budget shifts, and escalate regulatory or reputational risks to the Head of Marketing, MENA, while coordinating with local agencies to deliver fast, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running marketing execution or owning a market budget in a regulated consumer industry is preferred
• First-hand knowledge of UAE channels (OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, influencers) and UAE rules
• Ability to spot opportunities, take quick calls, and escalate risks early

Responsibilities

• Own UAE’s marketing performance day to day with accountable ownership
• Execute the UAE portion of the regional plan within budget and brand parameters
• Manage local brand, media relationships and partners (OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, influencers)
• Track UAE-specific brand health and surface issues early
• Recommend budget reallocations with clear rationale to the Head of Marketing, MENA
• Escalate regulatory, cultural, or reputational risks to the Head of Marketing, MENA
• Build and manage relationships with UAE agencies, media owners, and partners
• Coordinate agency or junior marketing resources for UAE as needed
• Support performance marketing across the region when required
