Job summary

HONORA Ventures Consultancy LLC in Dubai seeks a Performance Marketing Lead to plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads, manage budgets and improve landing-page conversion.

You will shape targeting and messaging, track results from enquiry to paying client, and guide our Content Creator on advertising assets while coordinating with the CRM team.

Dubai office presence is required daily; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• UAE service-business experience is an advantage.

HONORA is building an in-house marketing team to generate qualified enquiries and grow our UAE company formation, visa support and corporate services business.

You will plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads, manage advertising budgets, develop targeting and campaign messaging, improve landing-page conversion and track results from enquiry to paying client. You will guide our Content Creator on advertising assets and work with our Lead & CRM Coordinator to improve lead quality.

We are looking for someone with hands-on advertising experience, strong analytical skills and clear evidence of campaigns they personally managed. You must be able to explain advertising spend, qualified leads, booked consultations and commercial outcomes. UAE service-business experience is an advantage.

Daily attendance at our Dubai office is required. Immediate availability is preferred.
