Job summary

Capital.com in Dubai seeks a senior UAE Marketing lead to own day-to-day performance, executing regional plans and managing UAE channels, agencies, and partners. You will track brand health and reputational signals, and recommend budget allocations with clear rationale while escalating regulatory risks early.

Fluent Arabic and English are required, with 5+ years in regulated consumer industries. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running marketing execution or owning a market budget in a regulated consumer industry (financial services, fintech or brokerage preferred)
• First-hand knowledge of UAE channels: OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, influencers and local sponsorships
• Understanding of UAE marketing rules and the habit of checking before assuming
• Fluent Arabic and English required

Responsibilities

• Own UAE’s marketing performance day to day, treating local commercial outcomes as direct accountability
• Execute the UAE portion of the regional marketing plan, adapting tactics to local market conditions
• Manage local brand, OOH, TV, radio, podcast, affiliate, and influencer relationships in UAE
• Track UAE-specific brand health and digital reputation signals, surfacing issues early
• Recommend budget reallocation and channel trade-offs for UAE with clear rationale
• Escalate regulatory, cultural, or reputational risks specific to Dubai early and factually
• Build and manage day-to-day relationships with UAE-based agencies, media owners, and partners
• Coordinate agency or junior marketing resource dedicated to UAE where the market requires it
• Support Head of Marketing MENA with other markets, focusing on performance marketing across the region
