Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a small sales team and drive B2B growth across the UAE and GCC. You will manage performance, develop new business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers in technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong software and technology sales experience, leadership ability, pipeline management, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly sales targets exceeding AED 250,000.
• Experience selling software solutions, CRM systems, ERP solutions, workflow automation platforms, SaaS products, or custom technology services.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment, SME sector, and B2B sales landscape.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM activities effectively.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 1–2 Sales Executives to achieve targets.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and monitor team performance.
• Conduct weekly pipeline meetings and coaching to improve conversion rates.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, partnerships, and market research.
• Identify and engage prospective clients within SMEs and mid-sized organizations across UAE and GCC.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, CEOs, Operations Managers, and IT stakeholders.
• Represent ANIMA Tech Solutions at events and industry meetings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly team sales target of AED 300,000.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements and technology needs.
• Present and demonstrate offerings, including CRM, workflow automation, and custom platforms.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover.
