Job summary

ANIMA Tech Solutions in the UAE seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive B2B growth across the UAE and GCC. You will manage performance, develop opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers in technology sectors.

The role requires strong experience in software sales, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets, with a focus on CRM systems, ERP, and workflow automation. A UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 3 years B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets above AED 250,000.
• Experience selling software solutions, CRM/ERP, SaaS or custom tech services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 1–2 Sales Executives to achieve targets.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and monitor team performance.
• Conduct weekly pipeline meetings and coaching to improve conversion rates.
• Represent ANIMA Tech Solutions at networking events and industry meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast accurately.
