Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 20+ years of professional experience in engineering consultancy/infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan projects across the UAE.
• Provide strategic direction and governance throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage client relationships with government entities, developers, and authorities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance; manage risks and variations.
