Job summary

WSP seeks a highly experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to drive major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background—preferably Civil Engineering—and a proven track record with leading international engineering consultancies on large-scale UAE projects.

Qualifications

• Strong technical engineering background, preferably Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver infrastructure/masterplan projects on time and within budget.
• Manage client relationships and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
