Job summary

WSP in the Middle East seeks an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead major UAE infrastructure and masterplan developments. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee scope, schedule, budget and quality, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires a robust civil engineering background, hands-on leadership, and a track record with international consultancies delivering large-scale infrastructure programs in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12-15+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure delivery, or major development programmes.
• Proven experience with international engineering consultancies.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure masterplanning and land development projects in the UAE.
• Strong technical background in civil infrastructure and proven client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
