Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead major infrastructure and masterplan development projects in the UAE. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will bring a strong civil engineering background with extensive leadership experience in large-scale programmes and a proven track record of successful project delivery within the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in engineering consultancy or major development programmes.
• Experience with international engineering consultancies and UAE masterplan projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale infrastructure and masterplan projects across phases.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams and client relations.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resources and delivery strategies.
• Monitor performance, budgets, risks, and change management.
• Promote quality, safety, and governance throughout delivery.
