Job summary

WSP seeks a highly experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to drive major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background—preferably Civil Engineering—and a proven track record with leading international engineering consultancies on large-scale UAE projects.

Job description

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to support the delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. This role will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical engineering background, preferably in Civil Engineering, together with proven experience working for leading international engineering consultancies on large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects within the UAE. The role requires an experienced project leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness, and a strong track record of delivering complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.

As part of the Transport & Infrastructure business, the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will play a key role in delivering some of the region's most significant infrastructure and land development projects while supporting business growth and maintaining the highest standards of project delivery excellence.
