Job summary

DUBIMED MEDICAL SUPPLIES TRADING LLC is seeking an HR Officer to support HR operations across the UAE, Qatar, and Oman. The role focuses on HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records, and HR systems with independent daily handling.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience, knowledge of UAE labour law, and familiarity with HRIS, preferably Zoho People. This full-time position offers UAE-based opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience, preferably UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and HR practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Zoho People preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, HR documents, and records.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and employee data via HRIS (Zoho People).
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, NOC's, and other documents.
• Track probation periods and support performance evaluations.
• Coordinate visa, work permits, medical insurance, and offboarding steps.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports and document expiry schedules.
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
