THE GLOBAL SEARCH COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the overall commercial agenda for a leading FMCG manufacturer in Dubai. The role requires driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and strengthening market leadership through strategic oversight of sales, key accounts, distributors, and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, managing multi-channel sales, and transforming commercial performance.

Formación

• Senior commercial leadership experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy in line with overall business objectives.
• Drive growth in revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales and commercial teams.
• Build relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate major commercial agreements and long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities, routes to market, and growth channels.
• Ensure pricing, trade investment, promotional planning, and margin management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to deliver objectives.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes.
• Establish performance metrics and drive accountability.
