Job summary

UPAY Payment Services seeks an experienced FMCG Field Sales Executive with deep knowledge of the UAE grocery and retail market. The role focuses on generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and securing locations for kiosks across groceries, supermarkets, and other retail outlets.

The candidate will approach shop owners and managers, present offerings, negotiate terms, and secure new locations, leveraging established relationships and a strong network in Dubai and the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within UAE grocery/retail
• Strong knowledge of UAE grocery/retail market and areas across Dubai/UAE
• Existing network with shop owners, managers, purchasers and retailers
• Ability to independently approach businesses, present offerings and negotiate terms

Responsibilities

• Visit groceries, supermarkets, convenience stores and other retail outlets to identify opportunities
• Identify and secure suitable locations for kiosks or machines
• Approach decision-makers to present products and services
• Negotiate space for kiosk or machine placement
• Build and maintain relationships with grocery owners, store managers and retailers
• Leverage market connections to generate new sales opportunities
• Identify high-potential areas and new locations to expand the network
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of UAE retail market and areas in Dubai/UAE
