TASC Outsourcing seeks an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive in the UAE to drive FMCG sales across groceries, baqalas, restaurants, and small businesses. You will leverage an established customer network to acquire new accounts and manage existing ones.

The role demands a minimum of 3 years of field sales in FMCG/wholesale, strong negotiation skills, CRM and order-management proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree. It is a 2-year contract with a monthly salary AED 5,000–6,000 plus car allowance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in FMCG/wholesale distribution.
• Existing customer network across groceries, baqalas, restaurants, and small businesses is essential.
• Strong experience in customer acquisition, order collection, and account management.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai and Sharjah FMCG market.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and sales-closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, Excel, and order-management systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
