Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Field Merchandiser to visit retail outlets and workshops, execute POSM placements, and ensure brand visibility across assigned locations.

The role requires building strong relationships with store staff, promoting products, and providing field feedback on customer preferences and competition. Extensive travel and field interaction are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven field merchandising experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of POSM execution and retail standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or knowledge in automotive oils and lubricants preferred.
• Background in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets and workshops across assigned locations.
• Execute POSM placement posters danglers buntings in line with brand guidelines.
• Follow and implement planograms to ensure proper product visibility.
• Maintain and monitor in-store branding standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store workshop staff.
• Support sales activities by promoting products and identifying opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand presence and visibility across all locations.
• Provide feedback from the field on customer preferences competition and product performance.
• Manage day-to-day field operations including route planning and timely store visits.
• Share regular updates, reports on visits, placements and sales support activities.
