Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in enterprise tech or ICT.
• Track record selling complex B2B technology solutions to enterprise and government clients in the UAE.
• Strong commercial and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Academic qualification in Business, Technology, IT, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the UAE commercial and go-to-market strategy in line with regional and global business objectives.
• Lead overall country sales performance, revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting, and market expansion.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with major enterprise customers, government entities, and senior decision-makers.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams across technology, software, services, and enterprise solutions.
• Lead country-level business planning, budgeting, performance management, and commercial governance.
• Build a high-performance leadership culture focused on collaboration, customer value, employee engagement, compliance, and sustainable growth.
