Job summary

PixelChain is seeking a Corporate Housing Specialist in the UAE to own an onsite resident community, applying serviced-apartment skills to a resident population.

You will lead operations end-to-end, from setup to daily management, coordinating vendors, building SOPs, and driving service quality while traveling for business.

This role offers visa support, modern equipment, and a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing serviced apartments, extended-stay residences, or similar properties.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Property Management.
• Solid knowledge of front office, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities.
• Strong health and safety, fire safety and hygiene understanding.
• Leadership, team management and complaint handling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the resident journey from allocation to check-out.
• Open new properties: coordinate vendors and setup.
• Build and maintain SOPs, house rules, checklists.
• Run housekeeping, laundry, maintenance; inspect areas.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee external vendors: cleaning, security, pest control.
• Handle resident inquiries, emergencies, and disputes.
• Work with HR on arrivals, departures, and allocations.
• Track utilities, supplies, and operating budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, fire and hygiene compliance.
• Recruit, train and supervise accommodation team.
• Report occupancy, incidents and feedback; improve service.
• Frequent travel for business.
